This live web seminar will be held in English language.

How You Will Benefit: In this web seminar attendees will learn how to deal filter down information to make it usable for business valuation for highly asset light companies, how to analyse and detect „moats“ of data driven business models (network effects, scale embedding, etc.), how to set up adequate forecasting models and how to turn the analytical findings into a valuation.
Web Seminar Description:
Our business world is turning more and more into a IP-driven one. Not only a lot of new business models which are entirely data-driven or rely purely on intangibles are popping up but also old brick-and-mortar business models are increasingly affected by digital processes, asset-light activities and data. When analysing and valuing such business models it is necessary to apply appropriate tools and to draw the right conclusions.
In this web seminar new light is shed on how to approach this task in valuation practice and on how to turn the analytical findings into a valuation.
