The CBV Institute has worked in collaboration with several global Valuation Professional Organizations (VPOs) to publish the updated International Valuation Glossary – Business Valuation.
This glossary was developed as part of an ongoing effort to harmonize the definitions of business valuation and terms of intangible assets.
The joint draft is published by the VPOs named on the website for public comment. As part of the due process, this draft glossary is being submitted for public comment. After the draft and final revisions, the VPO intend to adopt these definitions and publish them (the consultation phase is ending January 31, 2021).
